REQUIREMENTS
• SPM, diploma, or equivalent.
• Results-driven mindset and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Adaptability to evolving market trends and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Stay updated on the company’s products and services.
• Prioritise leads, opportunities, and activities to maximise efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and reach out to potential customers, including residential, commercial, and industrial customers, who require air conditioning solutions.
• Initiate contact through cold calls, emailing, and networking, and respond to inquiries from prospective customers.
• Follow up with customers, provide additional information as needed, and address any objections to facilitate successful sales closures.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
